I am a committed learning and development professional who is passionate about helping others realize their full potential through education, support and self-reflection. I am a relationship builder with proven success developing and maintaining collaborative relationships across diverse groups. I have designed programs for diverse audiences focusing on a wide variety of topics including technology, leadership and communication skills. I am certified to administer the Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), hold certification as an HR Professional (PHR) from the Society for Human Resource Management and earned a Master's of Education in Educational Leadership.
