Served in multiple support, training and testing capacities on PeopleSoft conversion project. Worked with interdisciplinary team to design, deliver and evaluate instructor led training for end users of PeopleSoft HCM. Developed and analyzed test scenarios and resulting data to troubleshoot configuration issues.
Outreach Programs Coordinator

Represented organization in the community and cultivated public presence through informational and educational events. Managed daily operation of street and center based outreach programs including the development and supervision of 12 staff. Cultivated the identity, image and community presence of the center and street based Outreach Programs. Provided street based crisis intervention, referrals and short-term counseling services to young adults. Provided training and technical assistance for similar programs throughout Vermont and Russia.
